Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman with wisdom and energy. Marilu Henner is an actress writer, author, producer of talk show shows, and entrepreneurs. She also performs as an artist and a singer. She was an emotional person who felt sick and unhealthy all the every day. Her parents, both at the end of their lives and experiencing heart attacks and arthritis-related issues, passed away. She realized she needed to be accountable for her own well-being. It wasn't about food regimens, but instead about discovering the most effective way to improve the body's functions.
